Used it once b4 to remove red and it had worked fine

Bought Colour b4 as used it once b4 to remove red and it had worked fine, this time however I bought it to remove dark brown,my clients hair went ginger, which was fine. I then highlighted the hair using bleach and high lift blonde koleston with 12% the bleach was fine,came out a lovely colour however the high lift made the hair go dark again. This could be because I used kolesteon 12 11 with 12% ash blonde,I did this as there was so much orange in the hair,thought it would have counteracted however it made the hair go back darker than it was b4 the colour b4 went on. Needless to say my unimpressed client had to have more highlights in bleach to solve the issue. Result is good now,but maybe a note should be put on your site or in the box regarding the use of high lift ash tones.
