Q: I have been dying my hair, mainly putting highlights into it, for about twenty years. I'm a mousy brown naturally. I got tired of the bleached blonde look and last week I asked my hairdresser for some lowlights. She put number 6 and number 7 (ash) through, which faded after two washes and looked khaki/grey. So she then put a warm number 5 on all of my hair. This grabbed at my worst bleached parts and has made it go black, the rest is dark brown. I've just bought your product, the Extra Strength one - I'm going to use it tomorrow, could you tell me what colour to put on afterwards? I want to have a nice brunette shade, I want to get to a light chocolate brown, or a light brown. I think your product may take me to a gingery orange colour so if you could tell me what to put on next I would be so grateful. Thank you.
Q: I have bleached my hair with peroxide and now it's bright blonde with ginger and orange tones. If I got a hair toner would that get rid of the ginger/orange colour and go blonde?
Q: I've had black hair for nearly a year now but I was red before that so I just put black on it as a last resort, but I used Colour B4 today and I've gone an auburn on top but I'm still black at the ends! I'm not sure how many boxes of the Colour B4 I need and I'm afraid that I may go the gingery colour again as I've used this before and if I put more dye on it it'll go back red! Q: I've used Colour B4 three times now from black and it always looks almost back blonde all over when it's on and still wet but when I wash it off it's still brown! Why is this? But I now have very blonde highlights which presumably is my colour from before coming through. I want to get more highlights so I can be back to blonde. Is this doable?
