While the blond is quite dramatic on her pale skin, Kelly seems to pull it off as it suits her girly, vintage outfit.

And she’s really on trend with the 1940s style curls, which were on all the catwalks at Paris Fashion Week.

Let’s just hope a softer look means a softer Kelly. She had a lot of pent-up anger when her hair was short and dark.
